Cybergenetics cold case – Wisconsin college student
In 2019, Cybergenetics was asked to test DNA from a tragic 2008 homicide. University of Wisconsin student Brittany Zimmermann (21) was murdered at home in the middle of the day. In February 2020, Cybergenetics developed a DNA match to suspect David Kahl. Crime lab DNA analysis had been “inconclusive” until TrueAllele finally connected Kahl to the victimʼs jeans. After pleading guilty to killing Zimmermann, Kahl was sentenced to life in prison.
This is just one example of Cybergenetics powerful TrueAllele technology bringing closure to a seemingly hopeless cold case. Cybergenetics wants to help you solve your cold case. When DNA evidence is ignored (incorrectly called “inconclusive”, “too many contributors”, or “too complex”), please contact Cybergenetics for a free screening to Know the Answer®.
