Duquesne University is offering an Ethics and Eats seminar on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. in Pittsburgh, PA. The topic is "Forensic Failures: The Ethics of Unfounded Science in the Courtroom."

The seminar features Dr. Mark Perlin, chief scientist of Cybergenetics, and Michael Machen, criminal defense attorney. Crucial ethical issues potentially arising from unsubstantiated science and forensic experts will be explored.

The Cyril H. Wecht Institute of Forensic Science and Law program is approved by the Pennsylvania CLE Board for two hours of Ethics CLE credit. Onsite and online registration options are available to professionals. The general public and other professionals may register for the onsite seminar.
