Abstract

Twenty-five years ago, Cybergenetics pioneered the computer interpretation of complex DNA evidence. Through its powerful TrueAllele system, Cybergenetics was the first to introduce accurate probabilistic genotyping into crime laboratories, criminal investigation, and the courtroom. Recently, African DNA labs have been using TrueAllele to unmix mixtures, solve sexual assaults, and identify human remains.

This talk answers three key questions:

  • What is TrueAllele?
  • How is TrueAllele uniquely powerful?
  • Why is TrueAllele the only scalable DNA solution for Africa?
