Cybergenetics TrueAllele computer interpretation of DNA evidence admissible in court

Cybergenetics Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Mark Perlin testified on February 17, 2009 in Indiana County at a Pennsylvania pretrial admissibility hearing for the TrueAllele® Casework technology. State trooper Kevin Foley was accused of slaying dentist John Yelenic, the estranged husband of Foley's girlfriend. On March 2, President Judge William Martin ruled that TrueAllele DNA computer interpretation was admissible pursuant to the Frye rule and Rule 702.
